Mediterranean University (AU) Economical and Executive Sciences Faculty, Deputy dean, Assistant Proffesor Harun GÜMRÜKÇÜ suggested that whole restrictions which were brought Turkish Citizens after 1973 in EU countries by a court decision which was decided by Court of Justice of the European Communities (CJEC) were cancelled.
GÜMRÜKÇÜ announced that Turkısh Cıtızens who g oto EU countries for service training or presentation won”t be able to be required visa according to decision which contains 25 countries. During the press conference in AU, GÜMRÜKÇÜ told that Court of Justice of the European Communities (CJEC) which is the highest and last trial Authority of EU countries pronounced a judgment about Turkish people who live in Turkey and Europe in 20 September 2007 and it contains 25 membered countries.
GÜMRÜKÇÜ who specified that rights and obligations arising of Turkey under inferior membership Agreement towards full membership 1963 dated which was done between Turkey and European Community (EC) was worsened after 1973 said “Turkey is a country who has important rights in EU but these 44 years old rights had been had forgotten.

GÜMRÜKÇÜ told that the visa fees which has been charging for 27 years from Turkish Citizens are illegal and said “ just last year, total charged visa fee was over than 12 million EURO. These money must be paid back. Visa trading which some attorneys have been doing is a crime. They must promptly leave this appliance.”
