Kale Park Restaurant deserves special attention with its musical evenings as well as its fabulous views and excellent service. Kale Park Restaurant, where a group called “Man in Cazz” performs every night of the week, allows music lovers to experience unforgettable evenings. The group, playing mainly cazz music, is made up of three young men who, in spite of their youth, have very well established musical backgrounds. They have a history of 10 years musical experience behind them. While their musical repertoire is mainly cazz, they also play currently popular music. Mehmet, Sercan and Alper started their musical careers at a very early age. The brothers Mehmet and Sercan özkeleţ have graduated from the Anatolian Fine Arts Highschool, and are currently studying at the Faculty of Education of Gazi University to become music teachers. Alper Can öncü, whose involvement with music also started at an early age, is also a graduate of the Fine Arts Highschool, and is also a student at the Music Department of the Gazi University. Mehmet plays the guitar, Sercan, the keyboard and Alper plays the trumpet.
The group members say, “There are few places in Fethiye where you can express yourself musically. Kale Park Restaurant is really a fortunate place in this respect. Our guests have impeccable musical taste. We mainly want to play cazz and dinner music. We also do popular and Latin music. The authorities of Kale Park Restaurant support and encourage us. There is an increase in reservations. We make music every day of the week between 8 p.m. and midnight. We perform music that we have composed, too. We also play cazz renditions of famous folk songs, which are much liked. We would be happy to play for all the people of Fethiye, and for visitors from abroad. We await everybody.”
