Chairman of the board of directors Mr. H. Sezai Köker has commented; “We have started our project Royal Residence, on a mountainous district in Ölüdeniz side of Fethiye onto a hill which is approximately 120 meters above the sea level and facing to the sea. There are 108 apartments and 18 Blocks in this project. 36 of them are garden duplexes, as we call them type Quinn. Other 36 are studio flats type Prince and rest of 36 are Type King duplexes with attic floor.
Actually it is quite new project as you know, and this kind of projects take long time but we have only 6 months from the beginning.” He said.
Anko construction, who has 45 years experience in this sector, has also located some of social environments in Royal Residence Fethiye.
Mr. Köker also says; “there are approximately 650 sqm swimming pools, including children pools as well. 2 tennis courts have been planned and we are thinking about a mini golf course. Apart from these, there will be the trekking course, racetrack and some sporting equipments in this beautiful forest. All apartments in this complex are able to see sea view, every houses roof are in the level of back ones garden.

Up to date we have finished all legal procedures. Excavations are still going on. Excavations is being really hard now but we think that it will be convenience in the future, the area is really good resistant for the earthquakes. This is why we choose there.
